After teaching a fun beginner class for Tufts Tango last Friday, Ethan and I are looking forward to teaching again in Norwich, VT on Friday, October 17th. Our last class and milonga there were in May just before leaving for Guatemala. Despite the pressure of writing our theses and looking for jobs, we love teaching and dancing in the Norwich area and will try to continue our once-per-month tradition. The details:
7:30 – 9:00 PM: Intermediate Argentine Tango class
9:00 – Midnight: Milonga! Light refreshments provided.
Location: Norwich American Legion Hall, 228 Beaver Meadow Road
Cost: $12 for the class, $10 for the milonga, $18 for both (Full-time students $10/$8/$12)
Directions: From I-91 Exit 13 head into Norwich. After Passing Dan and Whit’s General Store and the Norwich Inn turn left onto Beaver Meadow Rd. The hall will be on the right 0.8 miles later. It’s a small building with a tall flag pole in front.
